Insurance Waivers - Due to the request from our insurance company. We will now require all minors riding or not to have both the parent and minor fill out an minor release form.  Any person walking into a pit area must have signed a waiver.  Since Barona is all pit area we are required to comply. 

 

All riders will now be required to sign a waiver with an address on it.  For those of you that have already signed the annual waiver this will not apply.  I have requested more waivers from the insurance company, but they are back ordered so I will not have any annual waivers available for anyone new to sign until the May event.  So for this weekend adult riders will need to sign a new waiver and minors you will have to complete the minor form with both a parent or guardian signature along with the riders signature.  The minor release form is a two sided form so make sure you fill out both sides.  

 

We understand this is time consuming and to have your small child sign a waiver is out of the ordinary, but this is the requirements put on us.  If we do not comply we will not be given the insurance needed to put on an event. 

 

We appreciate your patience and understanding of these new requirements.
